1. Eligibility for Refunds

We issue refunds for our digital premium plans strictly under the following legitimate circumstances:

Persistent Technical Failures: If you experience a continuous system error or technical defect within our platform that prevents you from converting your documents, and our engineering support team is unable to resolve the issue within forty-eight (48) hours of your formal notice.
Duplicate Billing: If due to a payment gateway processing delay or technical glitch, your payment method is charged multiple times for the exact same subscription plan, the duplicate transaction will be refunded immediately.
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Charges: If an unauthorized party completes a transaction using your financial data without your permission, we will fully cooperate to investigate and process a refund upon verification of the fraud.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the instant accessibility and digital nature of the tool's deliverables, refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

Change of Mind: If a customer purchases a premium plan, executes standard document conversions, and subsequently requests a refund because they no longer require the service.
Neglected Plan Cancellation: If a user fails to cancel their active premium subscription prior to the scheduled billing period, resulting in an automatic renewal charge. It remains the sole responsibility of the subscriber to manage or cancel recurring plans via their account dashboard.
Poor Quality Input Material: If document data extraction is sub-optimal or fails due to an uploaded source image that is highly blurred, handwritten, corrupted, low-resolution, or physically illegible. We highly recommend using clear digital images or high-quality scans for accurate conversions.
Terms of Service Violations: If a user's subscription or account access is suspended or terminated due to intentional misuse, data scraping, or any violation of our documented Terms of Service.

3. Refund Request Window

To qualify for a refund consideration under Section 1, your request must be formally submitted to our compliance department within exactly 7 days of your initial payment or renewal date. Any requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Submit a Refund Claim

To submit a valid refund request, please follow these explicit steps:

Once received, our dedicated billing and compliance team will review your account activity, conversion history, and technical logs within 2 to 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be automatically triggered and returned exclusively to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal account) used during purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank, credit card institution, or PayPro Global processing cycle, funds may take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account balance.
